Case Reports on Adverse Drug Reactions & Drug Interactions

An adverse drug reaction (ADR) involves the injury that is caused by taking a medication. ADRs can occur in single dosage or due to prolonged administration of same drug or might result from the combination of two or more than two drugs.  A drug interaction is a condition in which another drug affects the activity of an initially taken drug, when both are administered together into the body.
